In fact, one could make Dhindo from any grain as long as its ground into flour as the recipe is simple.The Original utensil of choice is "Phalame Tapke" (Iron pan), but I have used a non sticky pan as it makes our process much easier and smoother. Ingredients needed to make DHIDO for 2 person : 2 table spoon GHEE / BUTTER 300 ml Water 1/2 table spoon of salt or as per your taste 150 gram flour (Take the flour as per your choice : buckwheat(fapar), millet(kodo), corn flour(makai ko pitho) or just wheat)
