Avoid eating these cancer inviting foods

Too salty, pickles or kept on smoke:
Meats like bacon, sausage, salami etc. are high in fat and salt. Pickle also has high salt content. Eating them can result in cholesterol cancer and stomach cancer. Micro wave popcorn: A cultural micro wave popcorn bag has Perfluorooctanoic acid. In a current study it was shown that the acid brings infertility in women.

Non-organic fruits:
Harmful chemicals like nitrol, Theo decarb, atrazine etc. are used in non-organic fruits. Atrazine is banned in many European countries. This affects reproductive system. Potato chips: Potato chips has fat and calorie. It also increases weight. In a study it was shown that eating an ounce of potato chips in a day increases 2 pound weight every year. It only increases cholesterol. Sodium in it results in high blood pressure.

Alcohol:
Alcohol is the second main reason for cancer. Even though little alcohol is considered to be fine, too much can harm the heart.

Canned tomatoes:
Canned food has bisphenol- A in them. Because of high acidity, tomato is more dangerous.

Barbecued meat:
Even though sodium and nitrate mixed in processed food makes meat look fresh and smell good but it can cause cancer. Barbecued meat has coal so it is harmful to eat.

Farm salmon:
Food fed to farm raised salmon has chemicals, antibiotics, poison and other cancerous compounds.

Artificial sweeteners:
Compound used to make artificial sweeteners break in body and form DKP. When the stomach tries to process the compound, the cancerous chemical is formed.

Vegetable oil:
Almost all vegetable oils have Omega 3 fatty acids. Too much to it can cause heart diseases and skin cancer. It is important to have a balanced amount of omega 3 and omega 6 in body.

Red meat:
Red meat increases the risks of liver cancer. In a study done in America among 1 lakh, 5o thousand people it was seen that people who eat red meat have more risk of liver cancer.

Soda:
Sugary soda promotes weight gain. It is also a good source of calorie, which results in obesity.

Processed sugar:
Many studies have shown that processed sugar also increases the risk of cancer.
