NEVER DO SUCH THINGS,YOUR HEART WILL BE DAMAGED

Now days heart disease are increasing day by days.Lets find how to protected by heart disease.
– If we eat less or more salt then it is known as heart invitation. If we eat lots of salt then we can be effect by heart disease.
-In our foods we have to put oil in limit.If we put lots of oil in our food then it can be harmful for the heart.

-you should always do morning walk for half an hour.It will always control our healthy diet.From which we can be protected from heart disease.
-As we know from the american research,while as growing the loins of the body the more there is chance of getting disease. That why people have to try to stop and balance the fat of their body.Increasing of body fat can be the arrival of the heart disease.
-You have to give importance towards the green vegetables and fruits.We can get rid of heart disease if we change our meals daily.
-If we stay tensed everyday then our heart will be load with pressure.If we get tensed more then it will effect our heart and pressure will rise. That why we have to stay happy and be positive all the time.
SOME MEASURES TO MAKE OUR HEART HEALTHY:
-Don’t use lots of salt in your foods.
-Oil should be used in limit.
-Don’t make the habit of being angry all the time.
-Don’t get tensed every time.
-Do exercises regularly.
-Eat lots of green vegetables and fruits.
-Do checkups of your blood pressure time to time.
