Salt is harmful for pressure patients?

excessive use of salt cause high blood pressure. Healthy people also control the consumption of salt. High blood pressure patients have to be more careful while taking salty food items. It is just a way of control blood pressure by controlling the consumption of salt but not a best idea.

Low consumption of salt also cause decrease the level of sodium in human body and people suffer from different health problems. People can use optimum level of salt in home while cooking food items. The main thing to control high blood pressure is never add more salt in food items after cooked it once. Instead of salt, they can use lemon and other different types of masala into food.

Food which contain potassium decrease the level of blood pressure. Therefore, always take such food items which contain lots of potassium like Oranges, Lemon and other acidic food items. Banana and other fresh fruits also contain potassium. Take fresh fruits daily. These fruits contain vitamin, minerals and fiber which helps to keep heart healthy and control blood pressure. Take a lot of green vegetable. You have to take 3 times green vegetable per day. We can also take fish twice a week.
