Sleeping with lights on at night risk cancer

Some of our regular habit is being the cause of serious disease.Our life style is directly proportional to our health. One of the study has shown that sleeping with lights on at night has cause serious effect on our health.
According to specialist light works as one of the medicine but if the medicine is more than it causes harm.
If the rays of light strike on us at night than the negative impact falls on the body. This will imbalance the blood pressure and affects the brain.
Researcher says that if we sleep with lights on this will activate the cancer cells. There is the conclusion of researcher that female who sleeps in dim light has less cancer than the female who sleeps at light. 22% more risk is for such women.
You might not know that even the closed eyes can know the light of outside due to which you won’t get sound sleep. If you work or study at night on laptop or computer than the stress increases.
Our daily life works as a time of watch. So it is better to be dark at night. It will have bad impact if you sleep on light.
People who work as night shift has the problem as stress, cancer, diabetes etc.
