1. Green vegetable and fruits;
We have to fill our kitchen with green vegetables and fruits like Spinach, green garlic, banana, apple and seasonal fruits. These food items give essential elements to our eyes which is called cerotinide.

3. Almond;
It contain lots of vitamin. If we take almond at morning after taking it with water whole night, our eyes will be healthy.
4. Fish;
Fish contains omgea-3 fatic acid which is essential element for eyes. According to latest investigation, eyes vision will be clear after taking fish.
5. Egg;
Eggs contain carotinaids which helps and prevent eyes cell from different kinds of problems and diseases. So you have to take an egg per day.
