The food that is compulsory for healthy stomach

Junk food is easy to eat and make but this is not beneficial for health. So you need to bring changes on food and routine and change our health. Eat such foods so that the digestion gets easy.

1. Eat apple everyday and stay away from doctor. This is the facts it contains potassium, vitamin-a, phosphorus, vitamin-c and various minerals. This will heal the problem of stomach.

2. Brown Rice: This contains fiber that will reduce the blood cholesterol.

3. Carrot is very good for piles disease. You can drink it’s juice so that the problem of hepatitis and vomit gets solved.

4. Pulse is the good source of fiber, minerals and vitamins. This is good source of magnesium, iron and phosphorous. Research says that it is good to treat constipation as well as lowers the risk of cancer.

5. Curd is very beneficial. You can add ginger on curd this will prevent constipation. This contains good bacteria which will prevent the stomach infection.

6. Banana contains carbohydrate, this will increase blood and gives energy to body. When there is infection on stomach doctor suggest to eat banana.

7. Green vegetables contains iron. Children’s in growing age and pregnant women should eat this more. It is easily digested and cleans the stomach.
