This 9 foods will treat common cold and cough

In this season lots of people are suffering from fever, neck pain, common cold etc. Such small disease has the treatment at home. Here are some of the home made remedies that will prevent from disease.

1. Make the paste of 100 gram ginger. Add 2/3 spoon honey on it and eat two times a day.

2. Keep 2-3 lwang, 2-4 black pepper and one piece ginger and boil the water. And mix some lemon and honey and drink that water 2-3 times a day.

3. Eat carrot regularly. This contains vitamin-c, a and antioxidant that is very beneficial. Eat carrot juice with 2 spoon honey 3-4 times a day.

4. Keep 2 spoon honey on two spoon grapes juice and drink it 3 times a day.

5. Make a paste of hing and apply it on the chest and sleep covering it with some kind of blanket. Eat 1 spoon hing powder, 1 spoon ginger powder mixing honey 3-4 times a day.

6. Eat raw onion at the morning. The antibacterial on it helps to reduce the cough problem.

7. Keep some black pepper and one spoon honey on milk.

8. Food with chili and spicy will help to get rid from cough.

9. Drink warm soup.
