1. We all have habit of being satisfied which is bad for health. We can eat only that amount of food that need by our body not by our mouth and stomach. Never take such food items which are presented in front of you. Never take food items in negative ways.
2. Always compare the foods with season, environment, geography and life span. Never take similar food for long time. Those people who work hard have to eat heavy food items and those who don’t work hard have to eat light food items.
3. Drink lots of water in early morning before take anythings and before brush your teeth. Such water gives power, health and cool to human body. After this, go for bathroom and exercise.
4. According to Eastern culture, to be a healthy, you have to take food more in morning, little less in day time and less in night time. But at present time, due to busy schedule, people eat less in morning, little more in day and more in night. In our culture, breakfast is not essential. According to our rules, we have to eat food after three hours of sun shine.
5. Never eat many times. Eat only after you feel hunger. Western people take foods according to calories and their environment also said take food only after measuring calories.
6. Eat foods according to seasons. Seasonal foods like green vegetables, fruits and other have to take according to seasons. Nature always produce such food items which is needed for our body in different seasons. If we eat seasonal fruits and vegetables in huge amount, we will be healthy.
7. Stay safe from junk food. Junk food contain more calories. Our body unable to digest such food because of high oil, salt and sugar in junk foods. Human body needs only three thousands calories per day, but some junk foods like chips and other contain 3000 calories. Our body digest only 5 spoon of sugar but junk food contain more than 20 spoon of sugar.
8. Know about the rules of drinking water. You can drink lot of water as you can in morning but have to decrease the level in day time. Healthy people can drink up to 3 liters of water per day.
9. Our food cooked in three different stages; sunlight, stove and in to stomach. Those people who take food items that cooked in sunlight, become healthy. Green vegetables can be taken without cooking. If you are like to eat three times a day, eat uncooked food items.
10. We all like to eat those food which grow on soil. So be vegetarian. In this time, animals are more victim of health than plants.
11. Those food which are not included taste and other color for making tasty, such foods are healthy.
12. We have to make our food digest otherwise it become po!s!on. So always do exercise and yoga to digest the foods.
13. Stay fasting as necessary. Fasting digest some minor health problems. Sometime we have to give rest to gastric. Fasting is necessary to make outflow of toxin from body.
