This are the fruits that increase your brain

Nature has given varieties of fruits and every fruits has their own importance. Some fruits is good source of vitamin and some carbohydrate and free from fat. Here are some kinds of fruits or foods that gives the power to the human body as well as brain. Here are some foods and fruits mentioned in this slide.

Black berry:
Black berry is the fruit that is seen and eaten by most of the people but less people knows that it is very beneficial to mind. Black berry purifies the blood and makes the skin glow. This also removes the poison of the stomach, increases the memory and eating it at evening is very beneficial.

Spinach:
Spinach is the natural gift which keeps the brain active and strong, there is no any green vegetables better for brain than it. It contains vitamin-a, b and c, chlorophyll, beta-carotene and sodium. It has the protein like meat.

Goose berry:
Goose berry is one of the nutritive fruit and it is the source of vitamin-c. It makes the bone, teeth and saliva strong. It increases the hair and doesn’t allow hair to get white. It increases the vision and gives energy to the brain. It treats the disease like high blood pressure, heart attack, cancer, jaundice, tuberculosis, urine and bones disease.

Strawberry:
Strawberry is another important fruit like goose berry. This is red and tasty to eat and it keeps the brain active. Eating strawberry timely is good.

Peanuts:
Almond is the king of the brain food. It contains the entire element that is required for the body. There are two types of peanuts one is sweet and next bitter and sweet peanuts is beneficial.

Walnut:
Walnut is the brain tonic food like peanut. This is not grown in Nepal but eating it as a snack is very good for health.

Sproutes seeds:
This is very good for health which keeps the body healthy and strong. Sprouted seeds is very beneficial and it has lots of advantages so eating it on the morning is very good for health.

Other brain foods like apple, garlic, grapes, carrot, dry fruits, cabbage provides the nutrition to the brain and helps to make it strong.
