Past few days the rape case is increasing day by day. The child are also in the case of rape. due to the increase in the rape case there is a voice raised that the rapist should be killed.

 But in the Kapilvastu area when the police arrest the Rapist the local people are protecting the rapist and they are against the police. Why the people are protecting the Rapist? There is the fight between the police and the local people. The situation is worth and the police had shoot the 4 round fire to control the situation.
