In past, physician of doctors suggest to avoid chilly items, sour foods, masala-less foods and oily foods item. But researchers made a report that such food items are not ha#rmf*ul for the health. Gastric can be control by the physical exercise, regular food items at particular times and changing life style. But the main thing have to be understand by gastric patient is the cause and reason of gastric. The main cause of gastric is ‘H Pylori Bacteria’. Food items like, cold drinks, tea, coffee, lack of sleeping, pain killer medicines are also the cause of gastric.
Food items:
Protein food items are most important for the gastric patients such as chicken, fish, green vegetables, cereals and eggs. Such food contains calcium, protein, anti-oxidant, and other nutrition. Sour fruits items like lemon, oranges, amala, cereals, onion, cauliflower, apple, turmeric, green tea, grapes contain polyphenols that prevent from gastric bacteria ‘H Pylori’. Curd which contain pro-biotic butter milk which is also beneficial for the gastric.
Foods have to avoid:
– Food items made by white-flour like mo:mo, bread, cookies and many others.
– Sugar, cold drinks, milk tea, coffee.
– Smoking, alcohol.
– Oily food items.
– Food items contain fat.
– Those food items that h@rm to the patients.
