Have you got the problem of backache problem? Then do this

Are you experiencing backache regularly? If it is so then you are not the only one. In the whole world around 1 person in every 10 person suffers from this problem. This problem of backache has made many people incapable of doing their daily chores. According to the health experts though there are many reason for backache but the one of the main reason people always neglect- body posture while sitting. If you are able to correct your sitting posture then you can get rid of the problems like backache and neck pain.

How to say you have good posture while sitting on chair? According to the therapist you need to sit in ease which give your bones, joints and muscles less pain as much as possible.

In most of the occupations and job, people have to work hard mentally rather than physically which is why they have spent most of their time on chair. In that lifestyle people need to take care of their nerves and skeleton system. According to the Sydney School of Public Health the problem of backache has become fatal in countries of Asia and Africa.

So, how one can sit with good posture?

– Keep your back straight and chest high. Remember that you hips should touch you chair so that the three curve of the back can be seen.

– To keep good posture while sitting you can also use towels like cothes.

– You need to sit till the last part of the chair to get the proper posture and should pull back the upper part of the body.

– While sitting on the chair you need to make knee part slightly higher than the hip part. While sitting like this never twirl your legs together.

– Do not sit in same position for more than 30 minutes and take care of the height of your chair so that your high and claves do not be at unease position.

– Similarly do not sit bending your waist. While standing to stand on your feet not with the support of your waist.
