Know this things before you eat meat

Before talking about meat you need to know about fat. Fat is of two types, saturated and unsaturated. The amount of chemical will decide it. Saturated fat is harmful for health and unsaturated fat is good for health. Red meat contains saturated fat. The fat of meat can be considered as saturated fat, that contains protein as well. Even normal people cannot use such food more, for sick people it is more d@ngerous.

Saturated fat increases cholesterol which is very harmful for heart and blood flow. In food there should be less than 10% saturated fat. You should avoid food with saturated fat. Meat contains saturated fat, so people should check the cholesterol of their body and decide the amount of meat to eat rather than quitting it.

Meat contains fat and protein due to which it has high calorie and this results fatness. Due to fatness cholesterol also increases. People with uric acid may get problem due to the protein that is found in meat. Even heart patient shouldn’t eat food with high protein. For normal people protein is good. People who does workout can digest meat but it increases the bad cholesterol.

Fish contains unsaturated fat and less saturated fat which is opposite to red meat. Fish increases good cholesterol. Fish is healthier than other meat. But for taste people selects red meat. People with cholesterol, uric acid and gastric should be careful while eating meat. Chicken is good than other meat. Every kind of meat increases cholesterol but it is better to eat grilled meat. There is a way of cooking to make the meat unhealthy.
