Start your day with cold water and nuts to stay healthy

If you want to stay healthy then start you day with cold water, nuts and exercise which can keep you fresh throughout the day. According to the health specialist this has been proven. According to a fitness consulting company, here are the some of the tips they have shared.

– Drink half liter of water at the morning right after you wake up. Drinking cold water in the empty stomach can increase the metabolism of the body.
– Have 6 to 10 peanuts and walnuts. It help in the secretion of enzymes which help to increase the metabolism in the body.
– Have something heavy in the breakfast so that it can give you energy throughout the day. You breakfast diet should include something high in carbohydrate and protein.
– Then do some exercise after this. It help to make your muscles flexible and reduce the degeneration process.
– Walk as much as possible as it help to burn the calorie in your body.
– Give care to the meditation and rest. It provide calmness to the brain and develops the thoughts too.
